Case Study: ICHM Graduation – Full Coverage Package
Our client ICHM (International College of Hotel Management) reached out to us wanting their entire event covered from all aspects of photography. For ICHM, their designated event co-ordinator was already extremely involved with organising so many other moving parts, they really wanted a single vendor that could simplify all of the photography and photo-booth elements for them. We understood what was required and put together an all inclusive package for them.

SNAP/SNAP Branding Standard
At SNAP/SNAP, brand consistency for our clients has always been of utmost importance to us. It's not uncommon for us to do our own research using pre-existing social media posts and crawling our client's websites to understand their design language before we begin the branding process. We want to make sure every element we design for your package is consistent with the rest of your current branding guidelines. In this particular scenario, we were given the greenlight to extract design elements from ICHM's current website.
There were two patterns that stood out to us.
Pattern One: Blue and Coral - White Text
Pattern Two: White and Lilac - Coral Text
After getting approval from the ICHM design department, we began to incorporate these patterns into our GIFBOOTH and OPENBOOTH packages.

Graduation Themed Digital Props
Digital Prop Samples
There are two main benefits of having face-tracking digital props as opposed to traditional props:
We can create event specific props in an extremely short turn-around time, by mapping a PNG image into our software.
Our booth users can have their hands free during their usage of our machines.
Live Slideshow Real-Life Preview
The Adelaide Convention Centre was able to organise a huge 100" display for us situated between our GIFBOOTH and OPENBOOTH stations. The large size of the display allowed us to take advantage of our matrix presentation feature (in this case, showing a 2x4 array of GIFs). As seen here, the images are dynamically being refreshed with newer GIFs captured live at the event, which is extremely engaging.
The Live Slideshow has been a game changing feature that we introduced this year with respect to raising awareness and drastically increasing participation.

Professional Studio Photography
We created a photo-station with a custom background for ICHM in combination with an ultra-large 165cm photography umbrella in order to produce beautiful soft lighting for both single person portraits and also large family shots.
Online Gallery with Store Integration
Order prints directly from our Online Gallery
From our online gallery, attendees of the event and their family members are able to scroll through to view and purchase physical prints from the comfort of their home on their computer, iPad or smartphone. Among the already expected differing sizes of matte and gloss finished prints, there are also ready-to-hang options such as stretched canvas and wooden framed photographs available.
Ceremonial Stage Images
Our professional photographer was posted front and centre of the stage to capture a photo of each graduate for their parchment receival.
Professional Roaming Photography
"Danny and his team flawlessly organised all of photographic needs and made the entire experience extremely easy for us. The customer service was second to none and the photos were exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend SNAP/SNAP to anyone organising a large event, they really took the stress off our shoulders. Thank you once again."
